     MEETING PLANNING (FULL):  My preference on the frequency of our *regular/recurring* FULL MgmtSquad meetings is: 
    MEETING LEADERSHIP (FULL):  I think the most effective way of managing the presiding and leadership of the FULL MgmtSquad meetings is/would be:
    ​-As is, rotating every meeting
    -1 person should always (or mostly) do it
    -Rotate, but less frequently-maybe every 3 or 4 meetings
    -Different Model altogether (please comment below about what model)
