    Partners, venues, hosts (POTENTIAL)

In light of our previous conversations at "S5 Lookback" and related, this is a tool with which we can decentralize the seeking, finding, researching of potential venues, partners, hosts.  Please fill out as much about the organizations or people as you can.  Special thanks to KarenE for cracking open this concept.
We would like each company member to do the following by the date indicated in the invite-to-submit email.
--Look at pre-existing list to avoid adding options already in the system, marked as XYXXXXX.     Link to list
--Submit a minimum of 5 options with the form below--so complete and submit this form once for each of your 5 options.  Among the 5, please include at least 3 educational/college options and at least 1 non-educational (professional, community, social group, etc.) venue/company. For now, 7 entries max.
    SUBMITTER (YOU)
    THE ORGANIZATION/VENUE/COMPANY INFO

If you chose Other in list at left,
please explain in box at right.

E.G.-"Theatre Department" or "Home to XYZ Theatre Company"

Building?, School/Venue Name?, Street Address, City, State, Zip
Direct link or name of their page

    CONTACT PERSON NUMBER ONE
    [object Object]
Any other useful info about their position/job?

    CONTACT PERSON NUMBER TWO
If this is an academic institution, aim for another department/unit/division that could/should have some interest:  English/Literature? Sociology? Women's Studies? History? Political Science?  Etc.  Let your thinking be sharpened by which play/s you are recommending below.
Any other useful info about their position/job?

    OUR "FIRST CONTACT" PERSON.
The typical protocol will be for the Producing Artistic Director [PAD] (or designee) to make first inquiry/contact. Are you, or another TMW company member, familiar enough with this org or some people in it, such that we should consider having you or another TMW person make first/alt-contact?  If yes, indicate who that could be. ("Me", ["Other company member's name"], etc.). NOTE--no contact should be made with this org unless or until discussion with PAD or designee.

    PROJECT "FIT" AND COMMENTS
Do you have a recommendation for a project that might be the "best fit" or "of special interest" for this partner? This could also be an expression of "I want to do this one the most, here."
What are a couple things that suggest that this place might have good potential? Please try to be specific.
What are a couple things that present, or could present, challenges?  Please try to be specific.
    Other comments? Notables? Vibes?
Please make sure that all the fields marked required (*) have something in them. Please check for typos in email addresses and phone numbers (and anywhere else.)
When you submit, a little box should appear that says something like "it's been submitted."  If nothing happens when you click SUBMIT, 1) check that all fields above are filled and formatted correctly; 2) wait about two minutes (the system might be grinding away with all this info.)
Trouble? Before you click "Submit" a bunch of times, please contact Tom Woldt:  tom(dot)woldt@theatremidwest(dot)org

    THANK YOU!

07/20/2025 07:44am Katie Braden The Church of the Village New York NY yes, Katie The church is very active and vocal regarding issues of social justice, so the topics of gun control and capital punishment would be particularly releva= nt to the congregation's interest. I have been a member here for 20 years an= d it is a small congregation so I am connected to a large percentage of the membership. Financially, sponsoring funds would be a stretch, however there are spaces that might = be available for free to do a donation or ticket based performance. It might= be a good community outreach project or they might have connections/suggesti= ons of other groups or churches that could do something in tandem.
