Yes.  As of August 23, 2019, TheatreMidwest is an authorized non-profit corporation, organized pursuant to United States/IRS (501.c.3) and State of Iowa laws and procedures.

"Midwest?"

In the middle.  West of the East Coast (but East of the West Coast.)  Our roots have taken hold in the almost-exact-middle, in Des Moines, IA.  The journey continues from there.
